How we use your information
We use your personal data to:

We do not sell your personal data. We do not send marketing emails unless you have clearly asked us to, and you can opt out at any time.
Lawful bases for processing
We rely on the following lawful bases under UK GDPR:
- Contract — processing needed to take booking steps at your request and to perform our service.
- Legitimate interests — running our business, keeping records, sending appointment reminders and handling warranty claims, balanced against your rights.
- Legal obligation — where we must keep records for tax or other legal requirements.
- Consent — only where we ask for it explicitly, for example if you opt in to marketing in future.
Where your data is stored
Booking information is stored securely in a database hosted by Supabase, our data processor. Our website is hosted on infrastructure used to deliver the site and booking system. Data may be processed in the UK, EEA or other countries with appropriate safeguards where required.
We take reasonable steps to protect your information against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. Access to customer booking data is limited to those who need it to run the business.
How long we keep your data
We keep booking and customer records for as long as needed to provide our service, support warranty claims and meet legal, tax and accounting requirements. When data is no longer required, we delete or anonymise it where possible.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law, you have the right to:
- Ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Ask us to correct inaccurate data
- Ask us to delete your data in certain circumstances
- Object to or restrict certain processing
- Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
